Urgent attendance depends on the team’s daily availability. Contact Joydom by WhatsApp and allow at least a three-hour scheduling window; the team will try to arrange an earlier slot where possible.

Joydom can supply and install many common items, including selected plumbing fittings, heater and fan parts, aircon items, door and window hardware, lights and electrical components. Some items—such as carpet, mirrors, curtain rods and curtains—may need to be supplied by the customer. Confirm the exact supply scope before booking.

Joydom accepts PayNow, bank transfer, cheque or cash where offered. Please verify the payee and payment details on your official quotation or invoice before paying.

Yes. There is a $100 troubleshooting fee before GST for an on-site visit to check the issue and identify possible causes. This fee will be waived if you confirm Joydom to carry out the required service or repair. Confirm the appointment details when booking.
