How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will be receiving a message or call from us during the day of your booking and the day before your appointment.

Does Joydom can attend on any issues at the time I want?

Yes, we can do the repair on your desired timing but bear in mind that immediate job repair schedule varies on the job volume of the team. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend to book an appointment with us.

Do I need to purchase materials on my own?

For Installation, you should be the one who needs to purchase the materials but when it comes to repairing, our team have all the necessary materials to use to ensure the work to be done.

How do I pay for services?

As of the moment, we are only accepting cash as our mode of payment.

Do you provide estimation service?

We are charging $20 for estimation fee. Our professional handyman will go to your place and do all the necessary checking/possible problems. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you to book an appointment with us.
