How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will be receiving a message or call from us during the day of your booking and the day before your appointment.

Can Joydom attend to any issues I need?

Yes, we do always happily and readily to help you! But bear in mind that the immediate repair schedule varies on the availability of our team due to daily heavy requests. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you to drop a WhatsApp to us (+65 8163 2621 / +65 9068 6212) and allowed us to have atleast a window of 3 hours to arrange for your emergency! We will try our best to escalate the schedule for you!

Do I need to supply the materials on my own?

Good news! Don't worry most of the materials Joydom is always ready to supply and install what you want and what you need for you! From bidet, basin, tap, mixer tap, heater, fan repair parts, aircon, doorknob, door handles, window handle, hinges, glass door, lights, electrical components to many more! How do I pay for services?

You can make payment via: 1. Bank transfer: DBS 019-903-977-8 2. payNow: UEN 201120147E 3. Cheque: Joydom Engineering Pte Ltd 4. Cash: Pay after the service

Do you provide troubleshooting service?

We are charging $50 for the troubleshooting fee. Our professional handyman will go to your place and do all the necessary checking/possible problems. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you to enquire and book an appointment with us.
